A New Commercial Real Estate Company Breathes Hope Into the Inland Empire for an Optimistic Future.

Despite the challenging times, local Commercial Real Estate broker and entrepreneur, Tony Guglielmo, is still optimistic about the future and is starting a new business. As the owner of RE/MAX Commercial Pacific in Ontario for 6 years, Tony is now branching out and creating his own company: Allied Commercial Real Estate. He has survived the repercussions of the turbulent times and slow market and is eager to continue his real estate journey by creating a new brand and face of the Inland Empire. Tony has goals of building and growing his office by focusing on his local market knowledge while staying true to his strong commitment to ethics.

Tony born and raised in Upland, CA and now a resident of Rancho Cucamonga has been a part of the Inland Empire for 29 years and is eager to play a significant role in its growth and future. Tony received his Bachelors of Science in business administration from the University of California Riverside and has studied and traveled abroad through over 24 countries. He has also worked for Marcus & Millichap and Coldwell Banker Commercial, and is ready to combine his knowledge and experience to create a unique firm that is committed to providing their clients with innovative solutions, comprehensive expertise, unquestionable ethics, and unparalleled customer satisfaction while maintaining a responsibility to better its agents and the community.

Tony has developed a wealth of knowledge in marketing commercial and investment properties for sale and lease over the past 10 years and has been recognized for his many accreditations and accomplishments in the industry. To name a few he has helped grow the Southern California CCIM chapter, a nationally based Commercial Real Estate Institute and organization as two time past president, is a part of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR), the Department of Real Estate, Urban Land Institute, and the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP). He was also recognized in the Real Estate Southern California Magazine as one of the top 30 under 30 real estate agents in 2009.

Tony has represented buyers and sellers in the purchase, sale, and leasing of over $60,000,000, representing over 60 deal sides of real estate transactions and is looking forward to representing many more as Allied Commercial. Tony also hopes to provide new job opportunities in a unique commercial real estate office and environment by offering competitive splits, education, and training programs to help build a team of successful agents. Tony has now been a part of the “worst of times” and is hopeful that with Allied Commercial he can help contribute to seeing the “best of times” again here in the Inland Empire.
