After two months of diligently searching the Ontario office market for the perfect space we successfully represented an Auto Finance company in leasing 3,618 Sq. Ft. of second floor office space.

We started with a list of over 15 prospective sites nearly two months ago; we narrowed down the list to only a few perfect sites.  We submitted offers to multiple landlords to ensure we had a clear picture of the market and then we negotiated the best terms possible including a below market rental rate, tenant improvements and rental abatement.
