The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission approved development of a 10,763-square-foot early childhood education center in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Upland, CA-based Moore Real Estate Group will oversee the project.

Moore Real Estate Group’s Jennifer Moore says, “The quaint neighborhood and tall trees along Victoria Park Lane create a perfect setting for this charming preschool. This preschool will serve the growing demand from young families in the Rancho Cucamonga area who are looking for an inspiring educational environment for their children.”

The two-story farm-house style center will be located in a shopping center at Baseline Road and Victoria Park Lane. The facility for 160 students will feature a nature yard with a garden, fruit trees, meandering walkways, and a variety of plants for outdoor exploration and learning. The center’s activities range from cooking classes, to STEM and maker activities, to music and dramatic performances.

Leased to Kiddie Academy of Rancho Cucamonga, the facility is projected to open by Fall 2019.
