We set up a meeting and provided excellent service until the final lease was executed. The client (Chino Basin Desalter Authority) met in our office and gave us a brief description of their parameters (i.e. Size, Location, Price, Site Amenities) and we were able to show them a comprehensive list of all available properties within minutes. We began touring sites and narrowing it down to the ones they wanted to make offers on. We submitted an offer on the most desirable building and after two rounds of negotiations were able to lock in the best price and terms that satisfied the client as well as his board of directors. We negotiated items such as below market rental rate, tenant improvements and rental abatement. As an added service we attended the clients board of directors hearing to make sure if their were any questions we would be available.
